CoSPA 3: Safeguarding and protection Program

We support the formation and training of child protection committees and structures. Additionally, we also train staff, children, youth, caregivers, opinion leaders on safeguarding and protection policies.

Since 2007, we have formed and trained over 5 child protection committees. A close proximity of 1000 staff, children, caregivers and opinion leaders have been trained.

Strengthening referral pathways

Identified, mapped and collaborated with over 3 safeguarding and protection pathways (including Local council, probation, Uganda Police and the Law society of Uganda).
